HBP receives Iraqi EPC project owner investigation delegation

        On April 20, 2014, an investigation delegation of 21 Chinese and Iraqi members for the EPC project of Missan Oilfield visited HBP. The Chinese members were relevant leaders of CNOOC Iraq, and the Iraqi members were heads of JMC, MOC, FOD, MoO and TPAO.

       At 9 AM, the delegation arrived in HBP's headquarters. Accompanied by corporate leaders such as President Huang Song; Vice President Xiao Rong; Vice President Wang Shun'an; Sun Deyuan, general manager of the Missan Project Department and Yang Guojiu, vice general manager of the Missan Project Department, the delegation first watched HBP's promotional video to learn about HBP's history, technical level in the oil & gas engineering field and key engineering achievements at home and abroad; subsequently, on behalf of the Missan Oilfield EPC Project Department, Qin Liang, manager of the International Business Department, briefly introduced the progress of two ongoing EPC projects--deacidification project and water treatment project, and replied to the concerns of the Iraqi staff.

        At the meeting, the Iraqi leaders acclaimed HBP's efforts in the progress of the two projects, and spoke highly of HBP's technical level and comprehensive strength in the field of oil & gas engineering, and expected to cooperate with HBP again.

        The investigation and exchange deepened the understanding of HBP by the Iraqi management of Missan Project and laid a solid foundation for the further cooperation between the two sides.
