HBP's leaders investigate Kongnan project

      On September 2, 2014, a delegation led by Chairman and President Huang Song headed to the Kongnan Block of Dagang Oilfield for an investigation. In the two-day investigation, the delegation met with Dagang Oilfield's leaders and Sunwing Energy's staff.

      On the afternoon of September 2, Wu Yongping, vice general manager of Dagang Oilfield and chairman of the Joint Management Committee of Kongnan Project, met with Huang. During the meeting, Huang introduced HBP's general information, its strategy of oil & gas resource development and the background of the deal (acquisition of all equity of Pan-China Resources Ltd.). After hearing Huang's report, Wu welcomed HBP to Kongnan Project. The project has been operating smoothly, is a rare domestic PSC cooperation project and project production is improving steadily, he said, expecting HBP to employ its advantage to increase the output and benefit of Kongnan Project based on the outstanding results of its previous projects. At last, he underlined team stability and work safety. Huang pledged to advance project development steadily under the leadership of the joint management committee.

      On the morning of September 3, HBP's representatives including Huang Song attended the 33rd meeting of the Joint Management Committee of Kongnan Oil & Gas Project, hearing the report on project production and the idea of future development.

    On the afternoon of September 3, HBP's representatives met with Sunwing Energy's executives and staff and were shown around the oilfield by Sunwing Energy's staff, laying the groundwork for future delivery and production management.
